Just a few simple steps will allow you to order food and drink online through Napkin.
Customers can register for free and from there all you need do is search your postcode area and find the restaurants which provide takeaway delivery or collection in your district.
We have a wide range of cuisine types on offer from the more usual Chinese, Indian, and Italian
takeaways through other Asian takeaways such as Thai & Japanese and on through general fast food outlets all the way through to Michelin starred restaurants!
And remember although most of our restaurants are in London we have some dotted all over the country; your recommendation of a restaurant that serves great food for our customers always takes priority, so please let us know of any hidden gems.
We don't want anyone to go house to go hungry.
Everything is done on the site using online menus; one can choose delicious dishes in those takeaway menus, pay online, add special cooking instructions and even tricky delivery instructions to make sure that food arrives on a timely basis. Most restaurants offer a service that will be delivered to your location or home in around 45 minutes usually. Most of the restaurants also have free delivery above a small minimum fee; otherwise we’ll let you know whilst you’re placing the order. It will only take a few minutes to place an initial order and certainly far quicker than calling restaurants. Order and re-ordering is even easier if you tell us your favourite meal/restaurant combinations. We’ll make a note of them for you (electronically of course)! A knotted Napkin never forgets.
After you’ve enjoyed the food you will be able to give us some feedback, 
make comments and rate any of the restaurant used so that others may benefit if you’re pleased or our restaurants can try to improve if you’re disappointed.
We always welcome feedback of this type as we strive to offer the culinary choice established as the target for our company at its launch.
