You don't even need a computer in your restaurant, we have a number of ways you can receive your orders - and if we don't get you additional orders, you pay us nothing! The site even has powerful Google maps location built into it to make your restaurant more visible than even your own website if you have one.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY FROM NAPKIN?
All customers who order at napkin.com pay online with a credit or debit card.
We keep a record of all orders and how every customer pays, and at the end of the month we send you a fully detailed statement & invoice showing exactly what payments have been made. (This statement is also online and can be accessed and checked by you at any time).
Customers paying by card are fully protected in that we use Cybersource as one of the world's leading third party payment service providers. This is the same trusted method of payment that many people use across the internet, and means that orders through Napkin are 100% protected from chargebacks. In addition we use Cybersource to keep secure storage of credit card data to allow ease of re-ordering whilst at the same time providing strong data security and fraud prevention.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?
Given the volume of orders flowing through Napkin we don't have time to telephone orders through like a normal customer would. Instead of giving you the orders over the phone (which would take a few minutes), we send a Fax or Email - which takes about 10 seconds. After the order arrives, you simply call an automated telephone process to confirm that you are happy to fulfill the order. This is a more efficient and accurate way of taking orders - and leaves your phone lines free for your normal telephone customers.
If you don't have Fax or Email in your restaurant already, that's no problem! We are resellers for a number of the leading brands of Fax machines (Brother/Samsung etc) and can supply either of these leading models very cheaply. The price is so low you only need about 10 orders from the Internet for the equipment to pay for itself!
If you're concerned about the machine taking up space in your restaurant, or needing a new phone line, there's no need to worry. These are small devices - a little wider than a piece of paper - and it has a telephone attached. This one machine can do everything for you!
The best thing is, it runs on your existing phone line and takes less than 10 seconds to receive an order. That means no charges for new phone lines, and no engaged signals for existing telephone customers.
We can even send orders via our automated calling systems and SMS where required when you are comfortable with how our business process works.
